As an Interim Project Manager Officer (contracter) at my client, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of their market by applying your skills and passion to digital transformation.

Working with the program directors, project teams and experts from across the industry and across the world, the PMO will develop, monitor and manage overall project processes and standards. You will be supporting the projects, but also know how and when to challenge them to improve the results of their projects as well as the overall organisation.

We’re looking for articulate, analytical, detail- and goal-oriented people who are highly organised. The ideal candidate has well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to help ensure clarity and cohesion between both internal and external participants.

Activities include:

  • Development and monitoring of internal standards & processes
  • Project Support (e.g. reporting)
  • Access management
  • Ensuring Project alignment (e.g. Jira, MS Teams set up, documentation, planning)
  • Risk and dependency management across projects
  • Communicating with the leadership team and key participants to ensure strategic alignment
  • Organising and executing meetings and workshops
  • Support in delivering and monitoring a project delivery model

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree
  • At least 7 years’ experience as a PMO
  • Experience with Prince2 and Agile
  • Experience with MS Office and PMO-tooling (Azure DevOps is a plus)
  • Drive to organise & manage activities
  • Experienced in program management methodologies
  • Experienced in stakeholder management & reporting
  • Experience with Jira is an advantage
  • Experience within a logistics playing field is an advantage

You have to live in The Netherlands. My client does not offer relocation or immigration services (VISA). You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
