I’m searching an experienced Interim Demand Generation Manager to join my clients team and play an important role in driving demand for my clients standards across relevant audiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, you will be part the marketing & partnership team and be responsible for the development, execution and optimization of digital campaigns, processes and workflows to engage and nurture key stakeholders towards adoption and endorsement of digital standards.

Job Overview

This is an exciting role for a data-driven, hands-on marketer who knows how to build demand generation programs that drive results. You will be responsible for building demand generation programs and nurture strategies from the ground up and will work closely with relevant colleagues from various parts of the organisation to design and execute campaigns that deliver on my clients key objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

As the successful candidate for this role, you will be expected to:

  • Design, plan, manage and optimize demand generation programs that drive the desired engagement across relevant stakeholder groups
  • Create impactful nurture programs to ensure continuous engagement with key industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the different value streams to identify campaign needs and objectives
  • Select appropriate channels and platforms for campaign activation and measure and report back on relevant performance
  • Identify content needs and work with content specialists to develop appropriate content and formats for campaigns
  • Manage and execute my clients social media strategy and ensure activities feed into relevant demand generation programs
  • Manage and track the marketing campaign budget

Qualifications

The ideal candidate lives in The Netherlands:

  • A Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing or a business-related field
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, demand generation and/or marketing automation
  • Ability to manage end-to-end (digital) marketing campaigns as well as measure and report on performance
  • Solid knowledge of managing social media strategy (with a particular focus on LinkedIn) to support demand generation
  • Good understanding of CRM, marketing automation platforms and other marketing tools – experience working with Salesforce and related tools would be a plus
  • Experience in managing and working with external agencies and contractors to support the development of digital campaigns and tactics
  • A track record of strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
  • A collaborative and positive mindset with ability to manage projects independently
  • An approach that is decisive but collaborative, flexible and fun to work with
  • Experience in the transport / logistics sector is an absolute  plus
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) as an absolute essential – near-native level fluency is preferred
