We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to lead and coordinate the full recruitment process from start to finish. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
The recruiter a.i. will be part of the HR team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about making an impact on the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build clear candidate profiles.
- Liaising with the recruitment agencies
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates and interviewers.
- Guide and support candidates through each stage of the process, acting as the main point of contact.
- Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate contract finalisation with the HR business partner.
- Maintain accurate records of the recruitment pipeline and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Proficiency in recruitment software (preferably Workable, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once. Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
