I’m searching a Senior Business Transformation Manager to oversee the implementation of the key capabilities, set strategic and tactical goals and maintain the performance management system for a successful execution of my client’s strategy.

The Senior Business Transformation Manager will be highly organised, dynamic, outcome oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can think critically and utilise their excellent problem solving skills, as well as undertake negotiations, delegate effectively, and make timely decisions.

Expectation towards the role

  • Selecting, adopting and integrating appropriate industry frameworks and models to guide improvements
  • Using capability maturity assessments, metrics, process definition, process management
  • Building repeatable and reliable capabilities through a process of trial, feedback, learning and continual evolution
  • Developing appropriate techniques, tools and enhanced skills
  • Designing and delivering integrated people, process and technology solutions to deliver improved organisational performance in line with strategic plans and objectives
  • Identifying organisational priorities for enhancing performance, satisfying new business opportunities or responding to external drivers.
  • Creates and sets the direction for multiple workgroups to achieve strategic organisational objectives. Sets strategy for quality and performance measurement in line with organisational goals.
  • Monitors performance and working relationships and provides effective feedback to address individual issues.

Desired profile

  • Living in The Netherlands, and don’t require a Visa.
  • Proven track record in developing organizational capabilities and transformation of business processes.
  • Stakeholder management skills, ability to deliver work through others in a constructive and collaborative way.
  • Self confidence based on ample experience to keep people honest and accountable to the agreed plans.
  • Experience in a start-up / scale-up organisation is a plus.
  • Ability to drive results through others without formal authority.
