Are you interested in setting-up and manage a new Regulatory Team for my client? Please apply as a Team Lead Regulatory Reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the impacted regulatory reporting regimes of my client from an operational perspective
- Strong stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing regulatory change and resulatory reporting projects
- Managing the regulatory reporting team to focus on daily functional oversight and represent for delivering all operational regulatory activities and projects
- Representing the team and/or Head of Operations in various working groups across multiple stakeholders
- Leading strategic initiatives to streamline regulatory control design workflow and processes
- Developing management reporting information dashboards to improve visibility and facilitate escalation to senior management
- Partnering with main departments (e.g. IT squads, Compliance, Risk, Brokerage) to establish control mechanisms and focus on sustainable enhancements for the different regulatory regimes
About you:
- Academic background
- Relevant experience as a senior/manager in financial services industry with specific focus of regulatory reporting
- Experience working in a high complex organization and stakeholders field both internal as well as external
- Knowlegde of MiFIR/MiFID II and EMIR is a must
- Fluent in English
- SFTR and or CSDR is a plus
- Great computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or JIRA is a plus
- Experience with Agile way of working is a plus
- Hands-on Teamlead, teamplayer and a strong communicator
